Quarterly Business Check-in | January to March 2026

Completion Deadline:
5pm, Friday 17 April 2026

The Association has heard from multiple businesses recently that consumer spending may be down in the area, and in particular how the increasing fuel costs, and the recent rate rise, is impacting consumer confidence.

The Association wants to capture this information from you, and has launched its next quarterly business check-in (separate to the Annual Business Survey) to gather data in how the last 3 months have performed for you, and to seek any comments that you may have about the current economic climate. Your contributions, reflections and considerations on the last 3 months will be incredibly important to SRBA in gathering a stronger perspective of how January to March have played out for you.

The check-in survey is a quick one, asking:

  • Which section of the precinct your business is located
  • What type of business you operate (such as hospitality, retail, professional service etc.)
  • How your business has been operating (in terms of sales) in the quarter and any feedback or thoughts you may have

This check-in, along with the Annual Business Survey, will continue to assist the Association with marketing planning and business support.

Businesses are not obligated to complete the quarterly check-in, but your assistance with completing it will provide SRBA with invaluable information for potential immediate support and or response, as well as longer term planning.

If you have any questions at all, please contact the Association by calling 9380 2005, emailing info@sydneyroad.com.au or popping into the SRBA Hub at 454 Sydney Road Brunswick.
