Volaris Music, 374 Sydney Road Brunswick, celebrating 48 years!
In 1975, a young Peter Volaris aspired to create a hub for musicians in the heart of Brunswick, Melbourne. Driven by passion, and with years of experience in music performance, composing and teaching, Peter opened the doors to Volaris Music – laying the foundation for a community that is thriving over 48 years later.
A lot has changed in five decades, but the heart and soul of Peter’s family owned and operated business shines on. Peter’s son, Ken Volaris, now manages Volaris Music, bringing his enthusiasm and love of music, a wealth of lived experience (having grown up in the store!), and extensive contemporary knowledge and skills in creating solutions for all musicians.
Known for providing top quality ethnic instruments, today Volaris Music also offers the latest music gear from all brands – from entry level right through to professional products.
