Ollie’s Pizza Parlour

At Ollie’s, their style of pizza isn’t any classification… It’s a bit of New York and a bit Neapolitan. It’s a thin and crispy base with a delicious chewy crust. They just wanna make a tasty pizza pie that they love, and to do that they treat it with love. The dough is proved for a day and a half, then stretched by hand and when it’s time for cookin’ they fire it super freakin’ hot and super freakin’ fast… then all there is to do is slice it up nice. Ollie’s Pizza is created in homage to all the great Pizzaiolos who are out there “making a crust”, and cause, f*ck who doesn’t love a slice!!!
