Anna draws from a variety of evidence-based therapies and has training in emotion-focussed therapy, schema therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed therapies that have a neurobiological underpinning. Anna has completed extensive training in the treatment of trauma.
Anna has a relaxed interpersonal style and brings warmth and authenticity to each session.
