The Hammer house is a strength training gym, for all walks of life…whether you’re brand new or a Gym Junkie, they are here to help you train…and train HARD!!! They don’t care who you are, when you were born, what you believe in, how you identify yourself or who you pray to. They encourage EVERYONE to come in, train hard, and join their growing community of super awesome members.
