COVID-19 Disaster Payments (for SOLE TRADERS and for your STAFF)
For those sole traders earning under $75k and not registered for GST, which you can also pass onto your staff that may have lost hours due to the restrictions- claims can be made from 23rd July. They may be eligible for the COVID-19 Disaster Payments. Apply through your myGov account.

No need to apply- automatic payments will go to those eligible

Business Costs Assistance Program Round 3
Both the Business Costs Assistance Program Round Two and the Business Costs Assistance Program Round Two July Extension are now closed, but recipients are eligible for a series of automatic top-up payments. Read more

Business Continuity Fund    recipients will be contacted from mid-August to confirm they will receive a payment
Established to deliver $5,000 grants to up to around 30,000 businesses that remain impacted by capacity limits placed on businesses by necessary public health restrictions. To receive this funding, businesses must have received or be eligible for the Business Cost Assistance Program Round Two. Read more here

Licensed Hospitality Venue Fund 2021 – Top-Up payments and CBD Payment
The Victorian Government has announced additional, automatic payments for businesses that have received the Licensed Hospitality Venue Fund 2021 or Licensed Hospitality Venue Fund 2021 July Extension. Read more

Small Business Digital Adaptation Program    Program open till 11:59pm Sunday 5th December 2021
The Small Business Digital Adaptation Program program provides $1200 rebates so small businesses can access a range of digital business tools. The Victorian Government has partnered with 14 suppliers to help you build or upgrade your website, improve your cash flow, start online marketing, manage your jobs and projects, and keep better track of stock. SME Recovery Loan Scheme
The Commonwealth Government’s SME Recovery Loan Scheme provides eligible small and medium enterprises (SMEs) access to loans of up to $5 million over a term of up to 10 years. Read more

Commercial Tenancy Relief Scheme
The reintroduced Commercial Tenancy Relief Scheme will ease pressure by providing rent relief for eligible tenants, while separate support will be provided to landlords who do the right thing by their tenants. The Scheme will be available to businesses with an annual turnover of less than $50 million and have suffered a decline in turnover of at least 30 per cent due to coronavirus. Read more

Jobs Victoria Fund   ongoing
Wage subsidies of up to $20,000 are available for eligible employers who hire eligible jobseekers. Wage subsidies can be used to meet the costs of taking on new employees for the first 12 months of employment. Read more     Apply here

COVIDSafe Deep Cleaning Rebate    ongoing
Available for small and medium-sized businesses, where anyone suspected or confirmed to have coronavirus (COVID-19) has been on the premises or worksite when they may have been infectious. Read more & apply here

Live Performance Support Program (Presenters) Round Two    Applications now CLOSED
The Live Performance Support Program (Presenters) Round Two provides grants to eligible businesses affected by the cancellation or postponement of events as a result of lockdowns and public health restrictions between 11:59pm on 27 May 2021 and 11:59pm on 2 September 2021. Grants available of up to $7000 for one event and $5000 for a second event. Read more

Small Business COVID Hardship Fund    Applications now CLOSED
Providing $20,000 grants for eligible small and medium businesses that have experienced a reduction in turnover of at least 70%. Read more

Business Costs Assistance Program Round Two    Applications now CLOSED
The Business Costs Assistance Program Round Two July Extension provides eligible businesses that had not previously applied for the Program in June, or have since become eligible, with the opportunity to apply for $4800 in support.

Licensed Hospitality Venue Fund 2021- July Extension    Applications now CLOSED
The Licensed Hospitality Venue Fund 2021 July Extension provides eligible businesses that did not apply for the program in June 2021 with the opportunity to apply for $7200 in support.
